10/10 would recommend visiting San Francisco, just don’t stay here. From the day we got there to the moment we left we had issues with customer service and the cleanliness of our room. The first day we got there we asked for extra pillows (they only give you 2 for a queen sized bed, typically it’s 4). They ended up not bringing us them, which we were patient about bc we just figured they forgot. The next day when we went to shower I saw black mold (!!!!) on our shower wall (picture attached). My best friend and I were shocked because it was SO noticeable. We went down to the front desk around 8 am to let them know as we were leaving and reminded her about the pillows. The woman there seemed very nonchalant and just said she will have someone clean it. Once we returned around 1:30p, housekeeping had come and flipped the room…. But didn’t clean the mold in the shower. Like I said, it was very noticeable so it made us both feel uncomfortable showering knowing that’s where their cleanliness standards are (I felt like I was never fully “clean” if that makes sense). We went back to the desk and asked again for someone to clean the mold and for our pillows. Housekeeping did come clean it about 20 mins after…. But no pillows. We called down again (now the third time) asking for more pillows and they finally brought them. Then last night (our final night) front desk told me they would send housekeeping up with a kettle for the noodles I bought from the desk. After about 30 mins of waiting, my best friend called and said we still didn’t get it and he said they were coming up asap. we waited another 20 or so and still didn’t get anything. My friend ended up going down to the desk and spoke with the front desk person about all our issues we have been having. The front desk guy told her that he personally asked housekeeping 3 times to do it. He also said that he will put a note on our account for billing so they can see the concerns. Upon check out this morning, the front desk person mentioned nothing about a possible slight refund or even address the fact the note was there. Apart from the shower, the also gave us dirty cups and the door frame was VERY dusty/dirty (you can tell it hasn’t been wiped down in a while). Both of those pictures are attached as well. There are so many other hotels in the downtown area, staying here just isn’t worth it. I know our issues aren’t “huge” (apart from the cleanliness), but the fact that they advertise the hotel being “elegant” and stand on providing such a great experience isn’t adding up to me. This is not a 4 star hotel, it’s subpar at best. I would like to note that the doorman was very nice and helpful though! The pictures online are beautiful, and so is the hotel, but the quality of service is very low.

Galleria Park Hotel is one of the most charming hotels I've ever experienced. Situated in the bustling downtown core, the hotel exudes a vibrant blend of business and art. Upon entering, one is immediately captivated by the hotel's charming and eclectic interior, which I adore! The staff is amiable. When I encountered an issue with the limit on my credit card, they displayed exceptional patience while I resolved the problem. I promptly paid for one night, retired to my immaculate room, and spent the next hour rectifying the issue with my card. The room is consistently pristine, a detail I greatly appreciate. The hotel's location is superb, with the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and numerous other museums merely minutes away. The vicinity boasts many excellent restaurants, and all public transport stations are conveniently close to the hotel. I unequivocally intend to revisit this exceptional hotel for all my future visits to San Francisco. As you enter from the street, you're greeted by a charming and eclectic interior. I love it! The staff is amiable. I had an issue with the limit on my credit card, and they were extremely patient while I resolved the problem. I paid for one night, went to my room and spent the next hour solving the issue with my card. The room is spotless, and the staff keeps it that way every day. I'm delighted with that. The location is excellent. You'll find the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and several other museums just a few minutes from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants are nearby, and all public transport stations are just a few minutes from the hotel, making the location very convenient. I plan to stay at the same hotel for future visits to San Francisco.

I stayed at Galleia Park Hotel for a week, and here are my observations: 1. Sustainability The hotel promotes sustainability with reusable water bottles, which is commendable. However, the use of single-use plastics in the bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) contradicts this effort. If sustainability is a key part of your branding, this area needs significant improvement. 2. Amenities The amenities stand out compared to other nearby hotels. Complimentary coffee/tea, evening alcohol offerings, and 24-hour fitness access are definite highlights. 3. Space and Facilities In my case, the bathroom was oddly larger than the bedroom. However, the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom was inconvenient, and the lighting throughout could be improved. The bathtub had a wooden plank that felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, and the shower curtain barely covered the rim, leading to water spilling out. This requires immediate attention. Cleanliness On a positive note, the property was spotless, towels and bedding smelled fresh, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. Would I Return? Maybe, but only if the pricing is more competitive. Overall Rating: 3/5 While there were notable positives, several aspects need improvement to match the price point and elevate the experience.

My week-long sojourn at the Galleria Park Hotel in San Francisco was nothing short of extraordinary, warranting a resounding five-star review. This establishment impressed with its impeccable service from an exceptionally friendly and professional staff. Throughout our stay, the team demonstrated a keen attention to detail, ensuring that any special requests we made were promptly and efficiently addressed. This level of dedication elevated our overall experience and exemplified the true meaning of top-notch hospitality.

One noteworthy highlight of the Galleria Park Hotel was the nightly sipping hour, which proved to be a delightful and unique feature. It provided an excellent opportunity for guests to mingle and network with one another, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere. This social touch added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay and showcased the hotel's commitment to ensuring guests feel not just welcome, but connected.

The hotel's location on Sutter Street is nothing short of exceptional. Situated right in the heart of downtown San Francisco, it afforded us unparalleled convenience. Whether we were attending meetings, exploring iconic sights, or indulging in some retail therapy, everything was within easy reach by foot or public transportation. This central location truly enhanced our experience and made our trip to the city a seamless and memorable one.

In sum, the Galleria Park Hotel seamlessly melded comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality, leaving an indelible mark on our San Francisco visit. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking an exceptional stay in the city. Without a doubt, it merits a five-star rating and stands as a prime example of the very best in...
