The best deals on torches anywhere! I'm not sure I should post this. Also, since I moved to the Tenderloin, this was the first store of it's kind not to automatically me with suspicion of intent to steal.

Since returning to SF on Dec '23, ALL the other arabic stores within a mile radius glared at me when I entered the store and totally thought I was there to steal.

I don't steal, I don't boost. I get how it could be frustrating not being able to tell the difference between those who are and aren't likely to steal, but 1. I live in the neighborhood, 2. I don't dress like the people I've met who confess to boosting, 3. I try to be as cooperative as possible, leaving my bag up front, keeping my hands visible, and when I still feel treated like a street rat, O become suspicious that some unwholesome desires have festered in this community.

This is a family-owned store where the father and the two sons run the business they have a great selection of vegetables and the owners are very nice actually and they have a wide variety of items that you can choose from and it's interesting that you can go in there sometimes and you could find some vegetables or fruit that I I am surprised they have just like the cactus has it cactus pear and I wouldn't know one time and they had the cactus pear and it's a very interesting fruit so yeah it's a great job family-owned store and and if you're in the neighborhood you won't be disappointed with their selection a fruits and vegetables...

I like this store - is one of my two favorites in the area (with the other being the recently-opened ICU at Hyde and Eddy).

The biggest strength is the staff - they're always friendly and helpful. This makes them stand out in an industry where many store clerks (and store owners, now that I think about it) act as if they're doing you a favor to wait on you or sell you something.
