I have mixed opinions.
CONS: Price: Cover charge ($20) and drinks ($16 tequila sunrise) are a bit expensive for the state of the place. It's run down and the hallway to the bathrooms feels sketchy. Confusing advertising: My friend and I got free tickets on Eventbrite. They said, "Guest list closes 11 PM." Apparently this means that the free ticket is INVALID after 11 PM. So they made us pay a cover charge even though the ratio was off. As is typical, lots of men hovering around women dancing. Terrible cashier girl: Bad attitude, clearly doesn't care about the business. My friend and I would have left if it the music wasn't bumping. PROS: Excellent bouncers: many bouncers, very kind and aware. And handsome! Good music! Mainstream selections of reggaeton but that was acceptable. No confusing remixes all night, which is hard to find. VIP sections are small: if you are dancing, you don't feel like a zoo animal observed...
Read moreJust went here on Saturday night. We were at one of the tables in the back . My friend had changed her shoes and when the lights came on she was looking for them. She stood on the couch to search behind it and security told he she couldn't do that but offered to help her look for them . Then as she turned around , the rude owner (with the long hair) starting screaming and cussing her to get down . My friend was getting off the couch and floor was slippery that she fell hard. It hurt her so bad so it took her a minute to stand up, and he was still talking . Then we go outside and security is talking and taunting. From the beginning they were rude. I used to come here on Friday nights and the security team was so much better. Don't go here, so many other nice beautiful CLASSY places in the city. This place...

It's largely broken apart into a front section that's more of a lounge and a back section that has a club-like dance floor and VIP style seats. The lighting is appropriate for a club without being too dim. It seems to draw a late 20's to mid 30's predominantly Asian crowd that's grown up from slumming it in Chinatown. There's not a lot of security or dress code enforcement at the door, but the patrons seem to dress up quite a bit (especially for SF) here.
Drinks run about $9-11 a pop and it's the standard gamut of mixed "club drinks" and shots that are usually ordered here. There's no cover here though, which is...
