I have never experienced such a Horrible horrible experience with service from the time we entered to the moment we left. First of all this restaurant should not even be open to the public. Terrible customer service from the bartender, waiter and worse of all the manager who was not interested in the customers dining experience. We order extra sauce and the waiter gave us the look from hell ( something as simple as balsamic glaze ). I Oder a a draft beer and the waiter said it was 9:30pm and the bar closed at 9:30pm. At no time did he come to the table to tell it was last call. Not only that but it was 9:30 and i had to persuade the bar tender to serve me a beer she refused in a very disgusting manner. To order a draft beer I had to talk to 3 people just to get them to authorize just one draft beer. The food was very spicy, had a poor presentation and most of all served our family as the plates came out of the kitchen. My sons plate was the last to be served and was the first to be order. When it came to the desert the waiter was hesitant on offering it, I had to ask for a desert menu. The waiter literally said “come on hurry, hurry we need to close.” At this time of couldn’t resist any more and asked to speak to the manger. I should have know the response which was, Manager is not Available”. At one point I felt discriminated , which is word I have never used. I strongly recommend you stay away from this...

3stars: We wanted so bad for this to be our neighborhood spot, we’ve been here 5 times since the original great experience and each time has made the next less likely… from not remembering our faces, to treating us like tourists/guests at the hotel, we wanted a welcoming environment, somewhere to eat in the neighborhood… we were willing to pay the premium if the food was good and the experience stayed worth the cost… the atmosphere does not meet the $37 price point for the Seafood Linguini… and how does the brunch seafood linguini have more in it (scallops) and yet the dinner Linguini is 40% more expensive… pricing out locals who work during the day I guess…. Asked to add pesto to the shrimp pizza, they charged me $3 and then didn’t put red sauce on the pizza…. What am I supposed to do?? Return the pizza?? I’m sorry your costs are high, but the hotel doesn’t seem to be struggling and it appears you are just price gauging customers. 6 staff on duty for the dinner shift (guessing there is a dishwasher in the back), so overhead appears to be rather low…
Chicken Parmigiana, sauce full of flavor, mouth watering and fresh hot. Every bite was delicious. Salmon cooked down with shrimp in sauce was plump and melted into the pasta. I remember the music...

There is plenty of seating, the atmosphere is good for a dinner date, and there are tables big enough for families/groups. There's a second entrance/exit directly to the hotel that it's attached to. If you need to use a restroom, you'll go through that door to use the hotel restrooms.
I had the pappardelle bolognese, which was cooked perfectly and arrived steaming hot, about ten minutes after I ordered. I thought that it had a bit too much sauce, but was otherwise fantastic. The table menu didn't have deserts listed, but I remembered the menu outside had chocolate torte, so I asked if it was available, and it was. It did take a while to get someone's attention though. The cake was really beautifully plated and tasted wonderful. The filling was the perfect consistency and the fruits and toppings made the cake even better.
I don't remember the exact total, but I think it was around $45. I think this place has pretty good food, but it could use some fine tuning and the servers could be...
