We had a rental van with Maryland plates. We were gone 45 minutes and our window was smashed. They took a sonic toothbrush. Ick! Then went down the row and smashed a car window. Took a backpack and GPS from them. But thanks to a good Samaritan who walked out on this thievery, the 3 hoodlums ran off with just a toothbrush (used). The security guard had all our stuff in a bag. He said last week there were several break ins in the same ramp. The owners of the building won't put up security cameras either. Then the next kick in the ass... they made us pay for parking there!! We realized while we were leaving that there wasn't a police presence anywhere in San Fran except for the 2 on cycles racing each other. DON'T PARK IN SAN FRAN!! TAKE AN UBER! When we took the van back to the airport we asked how often this happens and they said every hour. So long sanctuary city!! Not...
