Unreliable branch manager. We have a business account and the bank keeps "accidentally" changing our address/phone number associated with the business. We've escalate this problem, spent hours on the phone trying to figure out what has been going on. Last thing, we spoke to this branch manager, who swore for like 3 minutes straight, that he would take this problem very seriously and get to the bottom of this. I was like, yeah, sure, I've been told that before. But no, he's definitely going to fix this for us. Then, surprise, surprise, he never called back and within a month, our address was changed again.

I was waiting for a banker's which was with another client as soon as he saw me taking a sit to wait for him he stop helping the client that was with him at that moment and approached me to tell me that unless I could prove I was a US citizen. I wouldn't be able to open an account.
