Chase Bank — Local services in San Francisco

Branch: I have never had any issues with this branch and have always had good or decent interactions with bankers here. Always nice and have often even gone out of their way to help me to the best of their ability. ☆★ The branch is not 2 star worthy... I would RATE THE BRANCH 4 STARS! ★☆

I wish I could leave more stars but the ongoing issues with the accessibility of their 🏧 'S is seriously making me rethink who I trust my money with.

★☆THE 2 STARS IS FOR THE ATMS☆★ I would have given 1 star just cos the atms but being that the branch its self is pretty good..I bumped it up 1 star. BUT I RARELY go to the brandh and mostly atms so thus it took priority with the star rating. What is up with almost ALL of the major banks making it pretty much impossible to get cash out, unless you want to be crazy fees. As I just recently noticed not only does the machine its self charge you a fee...but then CHASE CHARGES YOU AS WELL! From what I remember a couple years ago you only got charged once and by the machines operator or whatever. This is so messed up and is making me consider using another bank or credit union that does charge me insane fees that add up to be quite a lot of money..which I don't have to be wasting and really messes my budget up. I try and plan ahead but you can't always be sure so whenever I need cash anytime after the bank is closed, I'm screwed. What's the point of having arms if they're only open during branch hours?!?! It's not fair the rest of us suffer cos some huge conglomerate bank got messed up by vandals or whom/whatever. They have enough money to be able to make their machines have better security so they don't get stolen from edt. Yet it seems to be the norm now for them to take this out on us by charging stupid fees and making people jump thru hoops to get OUR freaking money. Manager seemed to be least interested in helping. FYI to the manager it doesn’t take more than 10 mins to add someone to an existing account, we successfully did that at another branch.
