Not worth the money or the damage. No one even touched my cuticles at the start — they clearly needed to be trimmed, and that step was completely skipped. I got a French acrylic set, and while the tech was nice, it was obvious she was rushing. The tips didn’t even reach the end of my natural nails, the French design was messy, and there was way too much acrylic layered on. Some nails were filed so unevenly they ended up looking duck-shaped. No oil, no finishing touches — just rushed and careless. I called the next day to have them removed. They pushed me to just get a different color, but I insisted on removal and a refund, which they did give. But the removal process was worse than the set. She was extremely rough and fast, tried sending me home three different times with acrylic still left on, and when I asked her to finish the job, she said, “You already got your money back.” By the time I walked out, my cuticles were bleeding. $80 for something that wasn’t even worth $10. I’ll never go back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I went in to crystal nail spa hoping they could fix a manicure I had gotten elsewhere that I really didn’t like. Trang knew exactly how to fix them without damaging my nails or having to lose the length. I got so many compliments on that manicure! I’ve been coming back ever since, and this week a friend came in with me and we spent a while designing her manicure with the massive selection of charms they had. They were so patient and helpful while we picked out colors and charms and we both love our manicures!! I look forward to going back :)

Stop omg the nails of my dreams 🥹🥲🥹😍 I feel like I’ve been looking forever to find my dream salon and this. is. it. Trang did my pedicure to perfection and omg LYNN my manicure! Did full acrylic set with CHARMS what omg:) never had anything like this before! And so much selection! been so in love with bees 🐝 lately and first charms I see beeeess :) Lynn did an amazing job on shape, length, checking I liked it and patience while I picked the charms:) the most beautiful nails I’ve ever gotten and will absolutely be back yay!!!!
