Mashka Jewelry — Local services in San Francisco

I'm leaving this review as a last ditch effort..... I own a home goods and accessories business, and have sold to Mashka and her husband's store for years. This past year, without any explanation, they didn't pay a $1,000 invoice with us, and stopped responding to any emails. It's been over a year at this point. I finally got ahold of Mashka recently, and after spending WAY too much time trying to track down this invoice, and she called me "cruel" for being upset that they won't pay this invoice and hung up on me. I went here this morning expecting Mashka in Ghirardelli Square to be open, based on the hours posted online on Google and Facebook. But it was closed, with no hours posted on the door. I waited til about 12:45. I tried calling, but no answer and no recorded message. Then I tried calling another Mashka location. No answer there either. The customer service was outstanding from the owner and the assistant who works with her as well.
