Over the years, we’ve collected about a dozen jackets, vests, pants, and hats from Freeborn Designs. They range from professional to stylish to extravagant and always receive so many compliments. We love the distinct yet stylish designs and fabrics, the quality and durability of the pieces, and shopping experience there. Every jacket is nicely lined, and the heavier coats are a must for colder outdoor events, even standing up to pouring rain.

When the time came to plan our wedding, choosing Freeborn once again was a no-brainer. My husband and his groomsmen had a fun afternoon choosing their suits for the wedding. They tried on different styles, fits, fabrics, and colors before narrowing down to a distinct yet classy three-piece suit. James guided them through the process like a pro, suggesting different options that catered to their style, comfort, and mobility. Their pants, vests, and jackets were all custom made to their measurements, and they each added custom embroidery inside of the jackets.

The suits arrived on time and carefully packaged, complete with garment bags. Some of the groomsmen’s measurements had changed a bit since ordering, and alterations by our local shop were no problem.

You definitely have to stop in and at least try on a couple pieces in their little runway mirror setup. You’ll look and feel fabulous. I live in the neighborhood and have a few pieces from this shop. Really fantastic designs and colors. A couple jackets/vests I save for special occasions but others are everyday hero pieces that are cool, snazzy and help give some pop to a casual outfit.
