WOW! My daughter had the most beautiful boquet in the entire SF City Hall & there were a lot of boquets floating around - no others compared!

To start, my daughter & new husband are both in the US Army & he is being sent out of the country very shortly so we had what felt like hours to put a wedding together! So, I contacted the florist very last minute, with very little confidence, after being told I was too late by other shops. I was very pleasantly surprised that there was zero hesitation with being able to take my order and make my daughters last minute wedding day as beautiful as it could be!

The ordering process was made so easy! I texted a couple of pictures of what I had in mind and called with a credit card which ended up being declined because of a hold put on my card by my bank for an unusual spending trend (I pulled my card out more for this wedding than I did all year lol!) and was very very relieved by the extra time taken to let me know there was a problem with my card as well as time taken on the phone with me multiple times to fix the issue. I have had situations where something was just cancelled without notice because of a payment issue - how awful that would have been in this situation! I can't stress my gratitude enough for the amazing customer service especially with such short notice!

Now, the flowers, did I mention how absolutely gorgeous they were!? I sent some example pictures of type of flowers and colors and gave them the free rein to use their discretion and artistic expertise to design a boquet using their own vision & wasn't disappointed at all! The color pallet & flower choices used were so unique and unlike any other boquets I've seen.

The quality & design stood out above all others surrounding us! We picked the boquet up on a Thursday morning & it was out of water, lugged all over SF for hours in terrible weather conditions & left out of water until Sunday evening. I was disappointed that I wasn't going to be able to dry any of them because most were shriveled up to far. They were basically dead by then but, much to my surprise, after trimming the stems Sunday evening and placing in hot water, sugar, a few drops of bleach and lemon juice they look unbelievably fresh again! That speaks for their quality in itself! I can now preserve these gorgeous flowers for my daughter to have forever which means the world to me!

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING AND BREATHTAKING work of art by Marina. She was so patient, friendly, and amazing to work with. Her eye for flowers and artistry is phenomenal. Would recommend over and over again.

My best friend went to pick up the flowers and the moment I laid eyes on them, my breath was completely taken away. It FAR EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS. 100% MY DREAM COME TRUE bouquet. Some of my favorite pictures from that day were just of the bouquet. EVERY ANGLE of it was PERFECTION. EVERY SINGLE FLOWER WAS IN IT'S PEAK FORM. It was more than I described and could not have been more beautiful.

My wedding was also on a Saturday / day before Mother's Day and I was SO SO SO GRATEFUL that she was able to accommodate me on one of her busiest weekends.

I showed two inspo pics, and she was meticulous in understanding and asking questions about what style I wanted, how I wanted it to look and feel.

I asked for all shades of pink, soft greens, peonies (my favorite flower!), roses, and ranunculuses. Free form shape with varying heights; not a tight circular bundle. Absolutely a masterpiece and price was better than...

The worst service ever! I quoted my bouquet two weeks before my wedding by Instagram, I informed them what I wanted and by when I wanted it, they told me I had to call the next day after 12, when I called to reserve my bouquet they told me they were no longer taking orders, to call the next week, I called again according to the directions they gave me and surprise!!!! They tell me in a rude way that they can't do my bouquet because there is no time, besides they are not working that day and not on the weekend either... why didn't they tell me that from the day I quoted the bouquet and told them the date of the wedding? The lack of communication...
