It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but I felt obligated based on the poor experience I had with this shop. L & T Nails was highly unprofessional. I made a reservation for a wax before a performance I had that weekend. I waited an hour for service with promises that it was only a few more minutes. I reserved credits through ClassPass and I felt like I didn't have many other options based on my schedule. This review is long overdue. I had an amazing experience at this salon. The service was beyond excellent. The owners made sure I felt comfortable and stayed open late for me to complete my services. I love this place! I’m now a regular here, which doesn’t usually happen for me. I consistently get the best manicure pedicures here and they staff is so friendly.
