My partner and I went for our 5 year anniversary and Mauricio helped us. He was sooo helpful and knowledgeable I felt much more confident in what I wanted after. We went to get custom engraved bracelets. The big thing for me was finding out that he himself drew the golden gate bridge design that they have available for the charms! I wanted it to commemorate moving to the city late last year, but the design was a little big for the charm I picked out. He went above and beyond and redrew the design to fit the smaller charm and we came in a separate time to have it engraved. This has easily become one of my favorite jewelry pieces and I just wanted to thank Mauricio for that. I wouldn’t expect him to custom draw a brand new design as his original golden gate bridge design itself was already on display, but the gesture was sooooo appreciated. The sales associate, Meghan, was incredibly helpful and diligent to show products I would love. I was originally coming for an engravable gold pendant, but was showcased alternatives due to lack of inventory and high demand. I’m a gold fanatic and he went above & beyond to display pieces that would satisfy my desires. Meghan ensured the product, a Gold Sparkling Halo tennis bracelet, fit perfectly around my wrist. I purchased the bracelet on the spot! Meghan is THAT salesperson you’d go to for a fast and happy shopping experience. He encouraged me to look at new items that sparked my interest and come back. Worst customer service ever. I came in with my boyfriend and a friend to look for an SFO charm as a souvenir. This older lady assisted us with one hell of an attitude. I bought the charm first and asked kindly if she could clean my pandora bracelet (which I know they do in all stores), she told me “she’s too busy” for that and asked me to look around the store and see how “busy” they were. There were 3 more associates with her, mind you, while she was gesturing me to “read the room” so I’m like ok my bad then nvm and when she saw my confused expression she changed her mind and said that she’ll do it in a very sarcastic way.
