(Updated) Customer service from Cashier, I went to the counter to pay for my merchandice some other merchandise was to be brought to me from the back, while waiting I asked for 2 items from the accessory case. I got them plus the other stuff from the back. I'm ready to pay then a young guy is starting to pay for a hat. Ok no big deal. The Cashier sees me here Holding several items. Then a large girl starts looking at accessories. The cashier sees it is getting crowded asked us to step back behind the black ropes. While waiting the register is having a technical problem. Causing us to wait even longer Finally the young man pays for his hat then the large woman jumps in front of me. The cashier makes direct eye contact with me Telling me in a silent way Like I thought you were next?? However I didn't make a big deal about it because I know from the past big women get upset easily if you accuse them of anything So i just took the L to avoid the scene. Finally the girl pays and walks way out of nowhere a little guy jumps in There I said Hey I was next the cashier responded O sorry I have my head down looking at the register You will be next I promise. Look every time I go to supreme I'm blowing 500 Dollars or more. Long story short Customer service needs a little more improvement from the Cashier Section ... However they did have one good employee who was really great , very kind person ,very attentive . His Name was Cher But the cashier I feel like he let me down as far as how he Controlled the crowd.

Update March 10, 2020- well I've been back to this location several times and I will admit to you the people that the customer service at the cashier and the crowd control HAS IMPROVED 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 so I will bump my ratings from a 2 star up to a 5. Guys please keep up the good work and it is much appreciated Thank you....

I was here for the Jordan x Supreme Drop and had a slot for 12:30 - as I arrived the persons form the 12:00 wasn’t even in the store. The personal was very friendly, after I got into the store 1 hour later it was a great experience. BUT! The location of the store is the worst location of any supreme store I’ve ever been around the world. Everywhere are homeless people and drug addicts. If you take a left in front of the store, the streets are filled with those people, police everywhere, it’s really uncomfortable.

As I was waiting in line for 1 hour, although I had a time slot, a man with an open Knife walked by, talking loudly that he wants to stab us all. You can’t park anywhere, but I wouldn’t want to park there anyway.

It’s so sad! Even tho the wait times were very long (it was an anticipated drop), the store experience was great, but the location is definitely not acceptable if you’re in an upper price segment. I’m...

Went in there to pick up a few things for my son. I felt like they were expecting someone to steal something before they were worried bout making sales. Cashier was really rude. I tried asking questions. He looked at another employee and said “I’m glad those people are gone. They asked too many questions.” My husband asked him a few questions and he would ignore him. Finally, he said “Have a good day”. I was bummed because it was a week before Christmas. I wanted to purchase more items for my son. I asked about skateboard wheels. He ignored me.The guy on the sales floor was awesome and informed me that I get wheels only at the counter. They guy wouldn’t sell me any though He was just worried about people leaving them alone.
