stopped into the store tonight .. i am traveling for work decided to do some shopping since i had a coupon and some free time.. i only had a picture of the coupon so i asked one of the staff members she as short dark hair n heavy set.. she was extremely rude as soon as i asked i ? and dismissive.. so i asked if i can speak with someone else n she continued to be nasty n talk loudly to another manager who was blonde much older women .. who just started talking at me before i said word .. i asked her why she couldnt use the offer code.. she said they just dont .. i explained i can go online and use the same code.. she then said im sorry u feel that way lol.. i asked for both their names they refused to give them to me which was odd.. but they knew they sounded dumb n didn’t want me to have proof of who they were .. the issue isn’t the coupon i would have bought my items regardless my issue is the way i was spoken n treated n it was unnecessary simple.. if ur miserable at ur job consider working elsewhere.. it’s also not what u say but how u say it.. n ladies if u feel ppl are rude when u plan to spend ur money with them.. don’t argue or get loud just walk out and spend the money elsewhere which is exactly...

Just had honestly the most hostile customer experience I’ve had in years. I was looking for a corset, and a sales associate kindly helped me find it in my size as well as some other options. I tried things on and picked one but noticed it had some damage. I asked another sales associate to check if they have another in that size to swap it out, she checked and they didn’t, but she suggested that they would give me a 10% discount for the damaged item and I could probably fix it at home. I took the item to the cash register, and when I showed the I damage to the cashier, he said he couldn’t authorize that and called a manager. She came over, I showed her the damage, and she said “Absolutely not, you cannot buy this. We’re going to damage it out. You can look for another one.” And I explained I had already confirmed there were no others, and she said, “I will not sell this to you. Absolutely not. We can order it for you or you can go to another store.” I said I needed it for tomorrow, and she said “You can pay full price for this one but there will be no discount or we can’t help you.” She treated me with so much hostility and I was just going off the SA’s suggestion....

So, I was pretty scared to come to this VS. Only reason is because it was Saturday afternoon in the financial district. I assumed it would be packed which it was fairly so. I knew that I was going to need help so I was just a bit worried of that factor. I have worked in retail before so I know how it is. When I came in I was like WOAH. This VS is huge and it is so beautiful. As soon as I asked for help I got it right away, before I knew it I was already in the fitting room trying on bras. MiMi helped me in the fitting room and she was so nice! Everyone was so nice. As soon as I tried the bras on I knew which ones I wanted and then the next sales associate I think her name was Mika? I'm not sure but she is a gemini. Too many M names to keep up with but she was amazing too! She also had the same bra size as me so we could relate. This place is awesome, coming again next paycheck to get even more sexy bras! LOVE IT, EVERYONE...
