Zenses is a really unique environment as a nightclub turned yoga/wellness studio space. Upon entering there's a small waiting room, then the common areas on the main floor include a sitting area (with slippers to borrow), lockers, a bar (with some small refreshments), and restrooms.
As long as you're dressed comfortably and can move around, they have everything else you may need for a class, including mats, blocks, and straps - all items are free to use for the class which is a big perk if you're coming from work and/or decide to do a last minute drop-in without your own yoga equipment. The main room is really cool with moving LEDs all around the room, themed for the class. I try to set myself upon along the front or middle of the class to be able to see the DJ booth and ceiling animations more easily, but along the sides of the room there are more LEDs, so you're basically set no matter where you decide to set yourself up.
I've only been upstairs once for an event, but my understanding is during the day it's a co-working space, and there's also another space up there for yoga - the yoga loft. The loft space couldn't be more different than the one on the main floor, since there are large windows and lots of natural light coming in.
My experience with the classes has been mixed, TBH, depending on who is teaching as I can sometimes be particular about teachers, but with their varied offerings of yoga classes, sound meditation, events, and more, I'm sure I'll be back soon to try...
Read moreI attended an Enchanted Forrest yoga practice with Mark Rudy. It’s a class with 8 poses that help you to calm down, plus 10 mins of meditation in the begging of the class. Mark’s guidance is soothing and he offers a gentle touch during a child pose. Great restorative yoga class.
I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s an immersive experience: the concept on the screen is cool but it plays the same graphic on a loop. It looks better on a photo than in real life.
The practice takes place on a concrete floor, but the venue provides mats, blocks, bolsters, and a blanket. Everything is set up for you before the class and I saw the staff steaming the mats after the previous class was over. Restrooms are clean; but it’s more of industrial cove rather than a warm yoga studio.
I’m glad to see that the space is used in various ways. The owners are...

I recently had the pleasure of attending a yoga class at Zenses Immersive Yoga. The ambiance was truly extraordinary, with a state-of-the-art sound system and mesmerizing visuals that transported me to another dimension. The space itself was impeccably clean and well-equipped with lockers, a nice seating area, and complimentary herbal tea. They even provide yoga mats and props, making it incredibly convenient for newcomers.
The galactic sound bath was an unforgettable experience, and I was equally captivated by the autumn and ocean-themed yoga classes. The instructors were skilled and passionate, guiding us through each pose with precision and care.
I wholeheartedly recommend checking out Zenses. It’s a hidden gem for yoga enthusiasts seeking a unique and transformative practice. I can’t wait to return for...
