Starbucks (in Target) — Restaurant in San Jose

This Starbucks inside Target (westgate). Service Ok but kind of had to wait long (to be served). I think the girl was by herself and only one person cashiering and making drinks. My bf ordered a Frappicino Mocha ( cold drink). It just was not very good. It taste like she put bunch of chocolate powder or chocolate but almost no coffee flavour. I thought Starbucks were supposed to make drinks from Expresso machine. I think my bf said he thought he saw her put the expresso in there but you can barely taste it. It cost him 7 dollars ( but he got gift card from his workplace). Im kind of glad it tasted like crap because I dont want him spending 7 dollars on drinks all the time. I used to spend 7 dollars on bubble tea which is why I quit bubble tea (expensive and bad for you plus bubble tea they use fake cream which cause digestive issues) I thought at least Starbucks would have good quality but just taste very weak on the coffee. The cold bottle Frappicinos taste better at stores or gas station so not sure why he just does not get those. He normally does not drink coffee so he probably does not...

Service doesn't exist here. After waiting at the counter, the worker came over looking at me with his chin up and eyes sideways. He stopped in front of the cash register so I said what I wanted.

He asked "is that it?" Those were the only words out of his mouth for our transaction. I just showed him my phone and he charged it. No "thank you"

I find it hilarious that Starbucks sent me a survey asking if the worker tried to get to know me personally. I guess Starbucks sometimes asks for our names

I overheard him telling the customer in front of me that he put the wrong milk and asking if that's ok. Customer said it's fine but the barista should've just remade it to order.

Other Starbucks has some quick grab cold food like sandwiches, salads and yogurts but...

Came in at 11:30 on a Saturday morning. There was one female barista working. No one ahead of us and behind us at time of order in line. Automatically, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was also very impatient. Both drink orders were incorrect while also being dripping and messy at the same time when we received them. Entire time from ordering to making the drinks and giving them there was constant eye rolling and unnecessary aggressiveness. We did not even receive the bare minimum in customer...
