I cannot speak highly enough about my acupuncturist and herbalist, Dr. Grace. Throughout the several months I've been seeing her, she has consistently provided exceptional care and shown remarkable expertise in treating my work-related stress and tinnitus.

I bought a Groupon and called to make an appointment for my mom. The lady on the phone offered me bonus services for the same price as Groupon if I bought directly from them and canceled my groupon. I did so. They asked my credit card info and set up the appointment. 1- they mixed the appointment and I had to call twice to fix it. 2- right before the appointment, I called and reminded them and got confirmation about the main service and bonus services. I emphasized that it was a gift for my mom and didn’t want her to be involved in payment at all, and it should be charged to my credit card on the file. After the service they called my mom and asked for payment and mentioned the price!!! 3- the service was supposed to be 60 minutes, but took 45 minutes, with about 20 minutes my mom being waiting in the room just because the technician was “busy”. They claim that eliminating the use of needle(which I had requested) reduced the time of service, while it was never brought up when I asked and emphasized the 60-minute service that I was buying. 4- I called and complained about this big mistake they had made about asking my mom for the payment, and they offered me not to pay. Not knowing about other accident that had happened during the service, I insisted on paying, and I ended up paying half the price. 5- during the service, the technician dropped the lamp on my moms body and burnt her hand!!!

I was refered by a good friend of mine to see Dr.Zhou to see her for my benign lipoma. One was sitting on the left side of my jaw and another was under my right arm. Besides my lipoma I have other health issues. What got me to go was that my friend had a successful treatment with her own cysts. that they were able to shrink in 6weeks! I was definitely curious and hopeful.

When I went for my first evaluation i shared with Dr.Zhou all too my health concerns and once she did an assessment with me not only was the evaluation on point, she also asked me questions about whether I felt certain things in my body and I would say “Yes”! And thinking how did she know?

So she started me on a treatment plan, and on that first visit i got treated with acupuncture , red laser, and a balancing vibration plate. She uses Technology as well to aid with treatment.

But on that first treatment, i already felt a difference! I remember coming in with a sinus blockage and then i came out breathing better - and just a sense of calm overall.

4 days later my sinus kept clear, and my crampy calves also isnt crampy anymore (its because of a growth in my ankles). I also was able to sleep better - i have problem sleeping - its always cut up, 4 hours here or 3 hours there, but sleeping more than 5 hours straight is definitely progress!
