This was by far one of the most disturbing experiences. I really hope the owner reads this before his employees keep doing this and he looses customers. As we were waiting for the ladies to assist us with the tacos we ordered, one of the butchers came to where the carnitas were, and in front of all of us used his bare hand and grabbed a piece of carnitas and put it in his mouth. It was disgusting, a Male that was in line got very upset and complained and when he said that the other butcher started to laugh. He just left very upset. I asked the lady for the employee's name and she said it's Eric, while this was going on we saw how one of the cashiers was joking around and throwing a lemon to one of the butchers. I really feel bad for the ladies that were serving the food. They didn't know what to say when the other customers got upset. Just so that you know this happened on Saturday...

My comment is for the ladies who work in the restaurant area so my two stars have nothing to with the store , mostly about their costumer service there I been going there for years and never had any problems ordering food just exactly the way I like it I’ve notice that these ladies that now work there talk among each other and complain to each other how I order my food that I had never had a issue with I come here because they prepare their food very well and not over priced I would recommend them to anybody but as far as those ladies customer service I’m reconsidering going else where.... bad attitude bad customer service . They sell quite a variety of Mexican and Central American products, what I like the best is their prepared food section, they definitely have the authentic mexican food taste. Last time I went to the store I was surprised to find the mexican milk branded Alpura. My wife loves that milk, it tastes so fresh and as real milk should taste like, if you ever had fresh milk just out of the cow, I hope they keep selling it, a little pricey compared to the american brands, but the difference in the taste is like day and night.
