Customer experience: Great! The guys were amazing and so understanding. Very patient with me. ISSUE: Ordered shorts for my son’s youth soccer league uniform. Received the order with accurate size EXCEPT for one item:shorts. We ordered XL (15-16Y). The tags said XL. The order said XL. The shorts say L (13-14Y). Called the store for a week straight to get the correct size. One guy working there was so sweet as to give us a refund after he inspected it. We got the call the day before his soccer game that they got in XL (15-16Y). We went to pick them up. Nope. Tag says XL. But shorts are L. My son settled for the size because he needed them for his game. Customer service Amazing! It’s the ordering and processing that is frustrating. My son is a big 9yr old. The fact that the people tagging and shipping the orders can’t accurately tag and size is so beyond frustrating and frankly did anger me.. still does that he couldn’t get the...

The service and attention to detail is just horrible. We went to purchase a pair of soccer turf cleats for my son. We spent one hour searching and finally found a pair of laceless adidas x's. The price tag on the bottom read $80. These shoes were a decent fit but not good for his foot. Since he really liked them, I relented since they were very cheap and it would make him happy. We went to the checkout counter and the cashier told us it was $180. I told him that the tag read $80. He went to check and even said it read $80. Even though he saw this he still said it would be $180. At the end of 1 hour of searching for a shoe we said no and went away. The cashier didn't even offer a compensation. We went home empty handed and my son was very dejected. If I had the choice I would give this shop a 0 star. We will never shop here again in hopes of avoiding FALSE...

I agree the staff here does need more proper training last time I came in during the world cup I asked if they did heat pressing for a very special world cup badge and number that took me long to find ti see them fold the number and badge .... you DONT FOLD A NUMBE AND BADGE IT WILL CRUMBLE IT!!!!!! And when it was on the jersey it was pretty bad. The staff does need more proper training even if it is a family owned store. Look at soccerkraze they family owned too they did recommend me going to soccer pro to heat press my jersey since their machine was down but never again will I ever go to soccer pro... mostly kids doing childish stuff like when they were kicking the balls while costumers just walked in with out...
