DO NOT COME HERE!!!We have a special event today and this is what we have to walk in to!!! Rude when I called, rude when I got there. We have 5 people here right now and I told the girl I need an acrylic fill, I went and picked my color and she said, "let me bring you the ring so you can pick your color" (she clearly saw the polish in my hand) I showed her the color and she still went to get the color ring. With the nasty look on her face she had since I walked in she asked me not to touch the polish that she had to get if for me lol Seriously, where are we. She made me feel like I was going to steal a bottle of polish, are you kidding me, what a joke. She then said "we don't do regular polish on acrylic nails, only gel. The nail tech sitting right next to us said, you want regular polish, we can do regular polish. I said we'll the rude lady at the front that answers your phone as well said you don't so I can have them done somewhere else. When businesses are blessed with customers, they should be more humble and appreciative for what they have because when your not and your rude to paying customers, they don't come back and they write bad reviews and they tell there friends not to...

I’ve been coming here for a few years and here are things I love: the quick service, most of the nail techs are extremely friendly and well skilled (Jenny, Ann, T, Emily, and Andrew *there a few others, but I don’t know their names). They can be a bit pushy and pressure you to go to a nail tech you don’t want, but usually it’s when it’s pretty busy. The owners are extremely nice and have a great system to ensure people aren’t waiting for long periods of time.

Some things I don’t love: Some of the nail techs will be pushy if you want a specific length (especially shorter), some of the techs don’t do designs so you might be moved around if you are wanting a design, when you ask to have your cuticles cleaned up some of the techs don’t do it well or at all. I was once told “It was too late” even though I asked as soon as I sat down. Emily however, was exceptional when I asked her this last visit. *pictured below

I definitely recommend if you are looking for a salon that’s quick and does a good job, when you go to a specific person.

The first few times I went it was great, packed but they get you in and out but this last time was horrible, they sat me with Kiven, he was VERY unprofessional!! He had no patience, he was yanking my hands around not gentle at all. I was soo displeased he was really rough my nails hurt so bad when I left, he barely put any acrylic on they were bending, so when he was done I went and paid, I was pissed but i just didn't want to be "handled" anymore, I complained to the manager and she told me to go back to him and make him fix it , but to be honest I still didn't want him to touch them again, he was even worse the second time around EXTREME attitude, he kept sighing and rolling his eyes, rude "next time you want to complain you do it to me" he said when I got up and said thank you he didn't even acknowledge me.. I felt embarrassed and ashamed to even complain because of all the sighs and attitude I got.. I know they are busy but if you don't have the time an patience to do quality work you shouldn't do it.. I won't return they just...

I have been a loyal customer to this salon for serval years. I came in on April 24th around 4pm, for a manicure and pedicure. I was greeted and helped right away. Megan did my manicure and Holly did my pedicure. While getting my manicure, Megan seemed not to care about my concerns. I specifically asked her to clean up the dry skin around my fingers, but she barely touched them, my cuticles still looked rough. I felt like she completely ignored my request without saying a word as well. Some nails looked like they were missing nail polish. After she was done, I told her that one of the nails looked bulky and a lot of product was applied and not buffed out. Again she didn't say anything and used the nail filer to fix it, but it left that single nail oval on one side, when all of my nails were square. Im usually the customer who never speaks up if they don't like their nails, but this time I decided to speak up for what was bothering me, and I get ignored. It seems like they care about how many people they can help, instead of giving great service.

So…this place made me sad. I got pedicure and gel manicure. I said they need to match im going to a wedding. I picked the color and someone did my feet while someone did my nails. The woman was so rough with the exfoliating it was painful. I don’t have callouses so it wasn’t necessary and I started to bleed. I pulled back and said ouch but she then did the same on the other foot. The gel manicure person didn’t trim my cuticles, didn’t even push them back. My toes didn’t match my hand AT ALL. They said it’s my fault for not getting gel on both and they would fix it but it would cost an additional $10. I got a wipe down with lotion that was in no way a massage. I don’t like my nails. It was rushed and more like a jiffy lube for nails. Not a spa or salon. Paid 70$ for a painful pedi and mani that I don’t really like. Still tipped on top of that. That’s a lot of money for this experience. The girls were nice enough but definitely won’t go back not at all worth the money. :( Not relaxing.
