WORST BUSINESS EVER! DON’T GO HERE! I received an emailed coupon for my birthday and 1 year anniversary with Wienersnitzel. The coupon clearly stated that you can either PRINT OR SHOW COUPON on your mobile device. However, the manager here named Amelia, refused to accept the coupon on the phone. She said it must be printed. This is absolutely absurd because you’d think they’d be more friendly and understanding given the current situation of the pandemic. Thanks for ruining my birthday!...

Drive through was horrible, automated system backed up the line so bad! Then when you get to the window the older lady is really rude. I tried to explain to her that the automated system missed an item in my order & she had the worst attitude about it. To make it worse the employees can hear over the inside speaker that people are struggling with the automated drive through and instead of turning on her mic to help she just lets people struggle which is what makes the line back up so bad...
