T K Noodle Inc — Restaurant in San Jose

I always try to think twice before giving a negative review. Being a business owner my self I always appreciate the opportunity to make things right and improve our services as needed. In this case I hope the owner gets the message and for the good of his restaurant. With so many bad reviews he or she should get an idea of what’s going on sooner or later. I will try to describe my experience at this Restaurant and please note this has only happened to me at this particular location. I am not trying to point the finger at the chain or the name. The menu and food is not bad at all. When we first walked in we waited for about 5 minutes for the first waiter gave us the menus. By gave us the menu I mean trow them on the table and walked away. We did not see anyone smile or greet people coming in. It would seem like they are slaves working for free or a very very low pay. I do not have enough words to describe how horrible service they provide at this location. For as long as we stayed during dinner we had to look for the waiters and call them a few times before they would come over and ask if we needed anything. We were not done eating yet and it was not nearly closing time. Despite that, they started cleaning amd the turning off the lights on us. Maybe they thought since they didn’t have many people there they could leave home early. I try to be as much understanding as I can but I can’t help it, I found this very disrespectful. I do not think we are ever coming back to this restaurant again. I would only recommend this place if you are really craving this food and do not mind if you are treated poorly or...

One word "Nevermore." You walk in they sit you down your look at the menu, covers in marked and paper prices that shows me that they have changed there prices many times. Second they bring your food he practically throws it at you. You look at your food there is literally no steam coming off of it. They bring you the boa you ordered and sadly it Quick-stop and milk with pearls. You look at your food feeling like this is not worth the $8.00 for the Chow Fun nor the $5.00 for the drink so your looking at the person siting in front of you like I just wasted $13.00 so you ask for a container to take it home they look at you like your crazy. They bring a small plastic container like for 3/4 of your meal. You walk up to the counter to pay you give them your table number and then the guy says $18.00 what ?! Nah bro I Ordered Number 22 that is $8.00 and the boa tea $5.00 so that is $13.00. Okay you pay you open your wallet or (purse) retrieve your card to pay. No no card only Cash you can use the ATM but they charge $2.00 per transaction. You take your $20.00 out and give it to him. Taps on the screen the drawers open up and gives you $2.00 back. You now question wait where is my receipt or more importantly MY $5.00 ! He gives me a wired looks blows me off and goes into the back. The other guy that comes out looks at me I don't think he understood English just told me "GO YOU NO WELCOME HERE " he pointe to a sign that said "We refuse the right to serve anyone." My advise just don't chance it I have heard to many experiences about this place and I went to prove a point only to be smacked down by those...

Like many others have said, if i could give this place zero stars i would. I called n placed an order for two soups, that was fine. Once i got there and paid the 18 something. I asked the man for lime, was given two slices of dried out lime, ok whatever. Than i asked him for some little containers for the sauce. He gave me 2..😐😐...two little containers (i like to add more than once sauce)...i asked him for more...he than got upset and told me i couldn't have too many because i only had two orders. I tried to explain why i wanted extra cups, he cut me off and answered the phone...than threw two more little cups in my to go box. Very rude and this man obviously has no experience in great customer service. I than got upset and demanded a refund..he asked me for the change he gave me which i than threw at him. I don't care....if you cant give more than two little cups for two large orders, ur just cheap. He lost $18...because he didnt want to give me extra little cups. What an a##. First and last time i go to...
