Grocery pickup Here is terrible if you don't have the app.Which most of us don't! you're supposed to call the phone number?And this just never works.You just go through and never talk to anybody.And then they tell you to call a different phone number, and that one just keeps ringing forever. I had to get out of my car and go and knock on the little orange pickup door to get them to have me in the system so that they could come and bring their stuff out to the car, which defeats the entire purpose of having a curbside pickup, especially given that I am disabled and have chronic pain. The guy sitting at the door checking receipts tells me I need to go search the parkinglot to find my own Cart... the checkout lines were extremely long so I had to use self checkout. When leaving (now a lady checking receipts) goes through every one of my bags (221$ worth) and questions me about what I bought.... if they don't want to do there job and have people check themselves out they shouldn't be holding people up at the door...
