Terrible Service. No communication. They dont answer the phone. I dropped my scooter off for a tire replacement. With an ETA of two weeks. We are now on week 3 going on week 4 about to be a month. The staff doesn’t actually know how to communicate with the service man that actually repair the scooter. Complete garbage service. I literally have to go in to the store to talk with the employees to get told they are unable to find out the status of my scooter and that I should wait until it’s complete. Be calling them for weeks to check status, no answered. Late May, receive a call that they couldn’t do anything to fix the tired and that you can pick up scooter in June 2024
And when you arrive to pick it up it’s making noises, brakes don’t work any more, looks used.
And it’s worst than when you dropped it off…..
I am pretty sure one of the guys used it for all this months.
