mhm its so refreshing to try out this place bc its been so long since ive tried a new viet spot thats fairly priced with bomb flavors! i also ordered the avocado smoothie bc its a stable drink for me. highly recommend for you all to check out this spot. their broken rice plate is probably one of the best ones ive tried since a really long time. the shrimp cake was perfect to crisp and something im still thinking about.

service was laid back but still very attentive. they also have to go containers readily available and accessible on the side counter for grabs. and the ambiance was relax and chill. i really appreciate and enjoy my restaurant experience sometimes when im able to just enjoy my meal with the people at my table without too much interruption. the staff does exactly that here bc they are around and attentive to our needs but gives us space to focus on our meal!

tips: huge parking lot available decent amount of vegetarian options available special menu on the weekend is available (i believe on sunday) pretty decent sized menu with some really solid options and great size friends/family/kids...

We went during dinner time and there was plenty of space open. Half of the restaurant was empty, but they had soft vietnamese music playing to add to the atmosphere. The restaurant was cold when we were there so we had to eat with our jackets on. It seemed like everyone else was doing the same.

I ordered their #1 Pho and my wife ordered the #5. The servers were quick and attentive so we got our orders taken in little to no time at all. Their prices were pretty steep ($18 for a bowl) so we were hoping their bowls were enough to make us full. When the bowls came out we were caught a little by surprise at their size as they were large.

Their broth was very mild and seemed to taste like there were not enough spices or maybe tasted watered down. I'm used to pho broths to be packed with beef flavor so we were let down by the broth. The amount of noodles and meat in the dish was enough to have us feeling full as we left.

If I were to ever come back then I would try their Bun Bo Hue or one of their rice plates instead...

Returning customer, reordered the chicken Vermicelli. It was good this time they brought me the salad dressing after asking for it. I wanted the Salmon dish but they couldn't tell me if it was wild caught or Farmed. The waitress said it was from Costco. I'm allergic to farmed fish. All the antibiotics and chemicals they feed the fish. The food was good but the last time I ate there I seemed to have gotten more fuller from the meal. I sure hope the tariffs aren't effecting the portions. They were playing some good blues music tonight Cool place.

Back for another round. Had Chicken with Vermicelli and salad. No salad dressing came with salsa Muy caliente ♨️. Good music 🎵 and vibe. Plate was filling. Bathroom out of paper towels. Cook walked out shaking his hands dry. Went unreported

1st visit Chicken salad was tasty, fresh veggies, good food Waitress was irritating on her phone the complete time...

i think a lot of the reviews are not giving the pho here a fair chance because they don’t understand that this is northern vietnamese style pho and people are used to southern style foods. the green onions are an important part of the dish and balance the fattiness of the broth. and try out the thick noodles if you’ve never had them before (you get to choose thin or thick). the pho was lovely and i could taste the ginger that the beef was stir fried in. the com tam was also great, both dishes had very generous portions. the salad was okay, definitely an american style salad. i was kinda expecting a fish sauce based dressing but it was like a chick-fil-a sauce. owner/manager? server? were very nice. lovely man. very smiley! some dishes took a while but willing to give them the benefit of the doubt since it’s their soft opening and they’ve been open for 3 weeks at the time of the review. will be going back!

Recently opened, the food was good, portions large. No condiments on the table. Some different items to choose from that had not been seen at other Pho places. I chose the fried steak & garlic Pho which offered a unique broth flavor. Eggs rolls were full & not oily in the least. I wondered if they were air fried. Many "broken rice " dishes, which I'd never heard of before, were on the menu. When we went, no one spoke more than a few words in English, so it was difficult to ask any questions about new to us menu choices. In general, I'm sad that none of the pho places I frequent, offer traditional, dripped in your glass, coffee anymore. It seems the to-go versions in a plastic cup, started during the pandemic, is now a regular thing. It's just not the same. They were very generous with the take away containers; they were help yourself & free! And we had lots of leftovers!
