Was a former tenant here and I must say don't move here the area is very sketchy and your always on edge of your car being broken into because of the area. Also the apartment complex is very noisy was always hard to sleep at night due to the loud noise coming from your neighbors and from outside. The walls are also super thin you can literally here your next door neighbors walking inside there own unit. They also like to turn your water off randomly almost every other day sometimes lasting a few hours and its been times when its been shut off literally for the whole day! Do not move here unless you want...

This Apartment deserves a 6 star rating, i have the best manager (Rob) anyone could ever ask for, he is understanding, gentle and always ready to help! (God sent) the apartment price is fair for the location, security is alright! have lived here for 5 years and have never seen a car broken into! Maintenance i`ll give 5 star! Always working hard and always available to help out. i just wish every units comes with laundry but they have a coin operated laundry on each floor...

Terrace Garden is an great place to live. The manager, Rob, is kind and caring. He keep the group amazingly clean and every day do out keeping the pool in tip top condition.
