I give them three stars due to the fact of their excellent selection of products here. Here comes the but! I walked in I walked thru the firearm section the shoe section the bike section the fitness section and the tennis section. The only person in the store that finally greeted me with a hello was one of the employees moving around a clothing rack. Way to go kid, you made this a three star review, but not impressed. No, can I help you find anything? I'm truly sad, I've worked for major retailers and great companies whose total focus is on the customers satisfaction and happiness. Why? We all know that with a great experience you have a happy client that will recommend or at least suggest you when a friend or family member asks about a certain product. We also know that if your not happy you shoot that place down 24/7, I understand they're college kids studying to become something better, but trust me. Was just in at 6:47pm on this Sunday night knowing exactly what I needed, a pair of tactical boots. While heading to the back of the store to retrieve said item, at 6:50pm, an employee rudely yelled out "we close in 5 minutes." To which I responded "great." Found my boots immediately after, the last pair! As I grab them off the shelf two employees come out of the back and stop, turn and with pure annoyance say "we close in 5 minutes." To which I laughed at as I turned and walked to the front to make my purchase. While 15 feet from the register a long blonde haired man or woman, unsure as I walked past, said "oh looks like you're heading to the register but so you know we close in 5 minutes." As I walked past I said "great, third time I've heard just that!" To which he/she responded "oh great!" In a very sarcastic manner.

Went in for a specific item which I was told they carry. The two staff members at the registers didn't know what I was talking about so they radioed other staff which informed them they did carry what I wanted but I had to go to the back register in the outdoor/hunting section. I Buzzed for help (because no one was back there), shortly later a guy came over and the guy knew exactly what I was looking for but said that they didn't sell it back there and I had to go back to the front register. So back at the front register again, the staff member looked on a different computer and tried selling me the wrong thing saying that it was the correct item.
