The employees working 11/04/2022 we're some of the most rude and unorganized workers I've ever interacted with. After I ordered and paid for our food I was waiting for my receipt and the guy said you can just grab your cup and go seat yourself I'll bring it to you when it's ready okay that's fine but I wanted my receipt which I never got by the way my order was well over 65$ for 2 pizzas and cheese garlic bread and 4 drinks. When we got our food the pizza is burnt not fully cut it was so hard the butter knife the lady suggested me to use instead of recutting the pizza for us wouldn't cut threw it but I don't understand why she wouldn't just cut it all the way thru but I ended up having to cut it with my pocket knife. Then my kids wanted to play a couple games in the arcade room no problem never had been there before so I go ask the lady if I could get a couple bucks in quarters her reply was crazy well if you just walked in there you would see there is a quarter machine in there. Well my bad I wasn't aware everywhere we've been had to get the quarters from the cashier. None the less over $60 bucks to get treated so less then and the whole time the employees are screaming the female employees name looking for her ignoring the customers they just plan and simple don't care about the customers even asking for a to go box seemed to bug them. Then the final thing that sealed the deal if all that wasn't enough the gentleman cooking the pizzas that night made fun of and teased my kids while they were walking out to our car all while he starts screaming "the weird homeless nasty guy is back" to the other employees "oh but don't worry I'm watching him" the guy was across the street walking along and he just started extremely loudly made it a problem how embarrassing that probably was to the poor elderly man just walking on the sidewalk ACROSS THE STREET even after all that guys nonsense the elder didn't cause any...

My daughter's and I have always loved going here. We have for YEARS. Last night I ordered a SMALL CHEESE pizza ahead of time online because nobody would pick up the phones. About 20 min later I got a voicemail from Dan the manager. He said "Hi I'm sorry we won't be able to make your pizza, we have a lot of people in here and are low on materials. Please call us back on this number." I already knew I wasn't going to be able to get through because they shut the phones off but I called anyways. They were still shut off. I was a little irritated because he knew they were off and I had already paid. I just drove over there anyways. There were people inside but the doors were locked. I knocked and they just ignored us. They did hear us because we saw people turn around. So I waited till someone walked out and we went inside. The two workers both were sitting in the back ignoring me so I yelled "excuse me??" Dan came up finally and said he hadn't gotten any online orders...I said what? Yes you did you literally just left me a message saying you couldn't make it about 45 min ago. He said "oh yeah I'm sorry." Then Gave me my money back and we left. I was shocked. So incredibly rude! He was not sorry at all, he lied straight to my face. I was still nice though because we love the place and still wanted to go there. Horrible customer service. No excuse at all. The worst part was my daughter asked me to order it again the next day for lunch so I did. I'm so angry this had to be intentional. We will NEVER come back here. Nobody deserves to be treated so badly. SHAME ON YOU!!!, YOU DONT MESS WITH PEOPLES FOOD. I will make SURE not to ever recommend this place to anyone. I'm disgusted and want my money back. My wife and I just moved to town. We were looking for a good quick bite after unpacking all day. Village Pizza is just a 3 minute walk from our new place and their online menu looked great. After trying to get their website to work for an online order I gave up and ran over to their location. They are open till 9pm... I arrived at 8:30pm... the doors on one side were locked and the employee at the registered just stared at me. I went around to the other side of the building and entered through those yet to be closed doors. Before I could even enquire about placing an order they informed me that they were closed. I questioned this as they're sign out front says "open till 9pm"... they said the were understaffed and closed early. Fair enough... though I also mentioned to them that their website was very lacking and that I wasted 30 minutes trying to place an order. I just got back blank looks on the employees faces... and the most insincere "we're sorry" from two different staff who clearly have no concept of customer service. Whatever. I do know that my wife and I will never return... and judging from a number of reviews here (I didn't look earlier as we were in a hurry) it seems that I'm not going to be the last patron to be sorely disappoint by...
