I went to Le Creuset to return this pot that I bought a week ago and i never used it. The store clerk and manager refused to refund me without a receipt. I asked them to check their store record and also showed my credit card record that I made the purchase. However, they kept telling me their system updated and they lost all the sales records and couldn't proceed the return. Besides that, the store manager Dianne was having a meltdown because she didn't like my tone and accent. She refused to further assist me and threw the business card in front of me while I was holding my baby. She told me I could call the corporate office to complain if I want, which I did. Also, the store clerk William threatened to call security and give me a "criminal record" for being a customer. Diane didn't stop him and kinda enjoyed the nonsense he said. I was looking for a 9 quart dutch oven to gift my mom for Xmas since I accidentally broke her stainless one she got for her wedding. The already low price coupled with the end of the year sale made it very affordable! They helped me pick out fun, cool accessories as well, including the stainless handle (which looks immensely better, imo). I was so impressed with the Employees and the pricing in the store, that I returned and bought myself an orange 5.5 quart dutch oven.
