I visited on 7/19/2019 at 5:11pm. I witnessed Nicole doing things that made me to NEVER want to be there when she is there. All of this occurred over a period of approximately 30 minutes. First, I watched as she ignored customers. Freddie was cleaning the lobby and he stopped to get behind the counter and take care of the customers that Nicole was ignoring. Then, other customers came up and demanded cups for drinks that they paid for but were never given, so she hands them everything they are demanding. I watch as she walks away - yet again - from the counter as the customers are still there trying to talk to her. When Nicole returns, the customer hands her back some of the cups saying Nicole gave her too many. Nicole takes the cups from the customer and puts them back in the stack for the next customer who orders. HELLO! Health code violation right there! One customer had their hands all over the cup, you have no idea if the hands went into the cup or not. You have no idea how clean the hands are! Restaurants can not reuse cups that were already touched by another customer, unless they are thoroughly washed inside and out first. In this case, Nicole should have let the customers keep the cups, or tossed them in the trash. Imagine if someone with strep throat had that cup and breathed into it, and then gave it back to Nicole. She'll just put the cup on the stack of clean cups behind the counter, and give it to the next person who orders a drink. NASTY! And then that new customer will get sick! Does Nicole even have a Texas approved food handler...

The lobby wasn't full. The drive thru wasn't busy. They were just really really slow. There was a new employee who was super friendly and gave great customer service... but I felt bad for them because the person answering their questions and "training" them was a little condescending.
Further when I alerted them to an issue with the soda machine, they already knew about it and the entire time I was inp the lobby... they never bothered to fix it.
Apparently this is a hangout... cause while I was here some random dude who didn't work there was allowed by the employee training the new person to go in the back and visit with employees. As far as I know that's a health code violation.
Further they don't bother to wrap the burritos correctly so we had no idea which item was which. The printed names are there for a reason not just decoration.

Read moreBeverages, especially the iced tea, were definitely weak. The service was very slow. I was the only one there, except for the young man who i think worked there and rused out in a hurry. He was very kind to open the door, though. As I got up to the counter and waited in line for over 15 minutes. The woman who finally came out from the back was smacking her gum and so loud, and as I was almost done with the placing of the order, i relized she had her ear Pods in her ears the entire time I was speaking. I know it was about 2 hours after they had opened in the morning but there was no excuse for this. The only thing that was really good about this restaurant was the bathrooms.
