I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Wayfair that left me deeply disappointed. When I walked into the store, I was completely ignored by the staff. I stood there for quite a while, and despite employees being in close proximity, they looked at me and simply chose to ignore me. No one approached me, offered help, or even acknowledged my presence. To make matters worse, after I had been standing there for some time, several other customers walked in, and immediately, they were greeted and assisted by the staff.

It was hard not to feel like there was some sort of bias at play. The fact that I was overlooked while others were treated with respect and attention left me questioning whether there was an element of racial discrimination involved. It was deeply uncomfortable and hurtful.

Good customer service should be the same for everyone, but this experience made it clear that I was not valued as a customer. I won’t be returning to Wayfair, and I would advise others to be cautious when considering...

I bought Anyston Patio Chair and cushions from the store early this month. I checked with the staff about the status of this item and she said there is no issue. However, I found the cushions are not water proof after a heavy rain this afternoon. It's frustrating to buy a outdoor seating set which is not water proof. I feel cheated and I would not recommend anyone to buy furnitures in outlet store since you CANNOT receive refund/replacement via online customer service.

Update on 10/25/2023: Let me put in the way: before I bought the outdoor seating and the cushions, I checked with the staff 2 things:

1. What's wrong with the chairs?
2. Are the cushions waterproof? The answers I got were:
3. There's no issue with the chairs.
4. Yes, they are waterproof. Therefore, it's not about the argument "not all outdoor cushions are waterproof". It's about the staff did not provide me with correct information so that I bought the whole set, which made me...

I'm hesitant to leave a review because I don't want anyone else to know just how amazing this place is lest they swoop up some good deals from underneath me...

But in all seriousness, I've never seen any store or even sample sale or warehouse sale where the deals come close to this place (and I have excellent bargain hunting skills). They truly are absolutely phenomenal and I find myself sneaking out of the store because I'm scared they will figure out they are undercharging me. The deals are positively bananas and even more so when they have promos going on.

I also have to provide snaps to the staff for being fantastic shopping buddies. But more than that, they are exceptional at sharing new inventory on their Instagram and are super responsive when you have questions.

This place is the full package with the product, prices and the customer service! 10 out of 10...
