Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. And with my dietary needs, I've been to many. My daughter and I had almost the identical meal. Her portion was considerably larger and better. I selected steak and all I asked was if I could have meat from the bottom of the pan as steak as the top looked dried out. The girl (hate that I didn't get her name but she) was dark haired with a pony tail. I didn't take more than half the choices as i can't eat them. So it wasnt like they were losing money on me. Basically I got the steak, pinto bean, cheese, lettuce and pico. I asked for guacamole with was an additional 2.80. That's it!! Nothing else. When I asked for more lettuce she looked at me like I was asking for the impossible. She reluctantly obliged. When we got to the guacamole she gave me 1/4 portion. I asked her to give me the portion I was paying for and she again put another small dollop, like it was coming out of her paycheck. Geezzzz. My daughter significantly received better service and portion size. I'm guessing she didn't like that I commented how dry the steak on top looked. And she pegged me as trouble.
Will never return to this location. Did give them bad feedback on the survey with request for callback. No one has bothered to reach out to me so I'm leaving this review as I'm guessing even mgmt doesn't care about unhappy customers. My bowl was NOT worth the...
Read moreToday’s experience was below mediocre. My wife and I don’t eat out much so when we do we look forward to the treat. Normally we like to share a bowl with plenty of veggies. Unfortunately, the location was completely out of veggies. Not the end of the world but we didn’t really get any extra of anything else to help fill the void. After sitting down disappointed, we decided that we’d return it and go just elsewhere for lunch.
While returning the food I was offered rice to help supplement the vegetables. Not really a replacement but the young man seemed very eager and keen. Another lady came up and offered all sorts of justifications for the bowl not being full “We train them to portion the food, in the past they’ve been generous” which to me says, ‘you were lucky to get that much’. Followed by “we’re trying to have them portion things correctly now as we’re losing money, on the meats”. Which to me says ‘we’re starting a nickel and dime strategy and will be paying close attention to the numbers and not the customers’. Either way, justifying the situation to a customer isn't very helpful. I'm just giving feedback. In my experience when businesses place too high a value on the pennies, it’s the customers that suffer.
Case and point the chips were stale, the portions smaller even the added...
Read moreI'm consistently delighted by the exceptional food quality and freshness that shines through every visit to Chipotle, regardless of the location. The staff's professionalism and dedication truly enhance the dining experience. The vibrant ambiance of the dining area adds to the overall enjoyment, creating a welcoming atmosphere. As for my burrito, it was thoughtfully prepared, allowing the delicious blend of ingredients to come together harmoniously. My order, a barbacoa burrito with white rice, black beans, queso, shredded cheese, and hot sauce, was a delightful explosion of flavors. The presentation, while spirited, reflects the care put into crafting each meal. These wonderful experiences remind me why Chipotle remains a top choice for flavorful and satisfying meals. Edit : came to dine here again. At noon and they ran out of black beans. How do u run out of a staple ingredient in the middle of service. (They have more they just didn't...
