White House Black Market — Local services in San Marcos

Frist let me say, that I am not one to write negative reviews often, so I just wanted to take some time and updated my review posted about a year ago about this location. The last few times that I have visited WHBM San Marcos, I've been pleasantly pleased with the staff. I wish I call everyone's name, but 5 stars to anyone who has been on staff over the last 6 months! Special shoutout to Shree and Deanna who made my last shopping experience great with a fun and friendly vibe. Thanks to the entire staff for your professionalism and attentiveness towards your customers. It is greatly appreciated :0)

Previous Post: The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a WHBM store. No greeting, no assistance. I must have been invisible. I first blew it off as young staff since to two ladies at the register were fairly young. Probably college students. They were pretty in their own world just chatting and laughing about who knows what. But then an older woman, obviously a manager or supervisor comes from the back, walks right past me and says absolutely nothing, does what she had to do and the walked right past me again and went to a room in the back. A cute skirt caught my eye in the window so I popped in the store to check it out. I ended up having the worst customer service experience. The first girl greated me but wouldn’t move from her position where she sat/leaned by the register. The associate wouldn’t take her eyes off me while I browsed. She motioned to another woman working in the store, who then approached her and they started whispering to one another.
