I had placed an online order for 2 Kendra Scott Earrings to be picked up in store on a late Friday night. The reason I went with this option was that it stated the items were "in stock at location." I never received much of a confirmation email. I call about it on monday only to be told they don't have anything for me and to deal with online service. (online service was great btw) She gave me a separate order # saying my order was received at location on that same friday. i get to the store no one is at customer service desk, cashiers (who are in very close proximity) ask if i needed help over 5min after seeing me walk up. When they finally get to me they inform me that my order is nowhere to be found. I gave up after so much waiting, took an item they pulled off the floor that matched what i ordered, but they couldn't find the second pair I ordered, so i swapped it with one in a different color. They brought a cart of Kendra Scott boxes that I had to help look through only to give up for not having time to search it all. Sorry but this was so unprofessional so unorganized, I won't ever use the pick up option...

My wife asked for the size of the dress in the display window. An older gentleman looked and gave us the size. He then also gave the price. We didn’t ask but fine. When my wife frowned because she didn’t think it was nice enough for the price he said “it’s fine apparel” in a very snotty tone. She’s wearing Gucci at the time and shops at NM regularly so she knows it’s fine apparel. We have never been treated like this by a NM employee. I would think in this economy they would be focusing on retaining loyal customers not pushing them away. Got overcharged on a dress. They have signs over merch that sometimes has a discount. Discount was not added to my purchase. This seems to be a recurring issue here. Now, I always ask, are you taking x % off.
A sign over another purchase started 30% lowest price. There was a $83 price tag that was covered up by a $118 sticker. They would not honor their own lowest price on the sticker, saying their back office staff errored. That is not my problem. I only know what I see on the tag S. was the night manager on 5/4. Poor customer experience.
Prices can be good on merch. It's hot or miss. Some of the mech looks pre-owned and was returned.
