I really love this store, but customer service is horrible- it deserves negative stars. They need to know the value of simply apology- in case they didn't know- it goes a long way. Instead, they blame the customers. And they lied because I see the bench online and it's still available!!!!!They are disorganize and blames you that they didn't call that your order was discontinued. First of all, I went to the store to purchase a couple of furniture. The lady that was assisting me said that they have it and to go ahead and just pay for it and she will meet us in the back to load in the car. After paying for it, they came back to say they don't have it but she will order it for me and have it delivered to the store to pick up. It should be about 2 weeks. I don't think they got my info so I called the next day to make sure they will call me when the order is available. I talked to the store manager and she took all my info and confirmed that she will call when it's ready. 1,2,2.5 weeks have passed and no call.
I called then they have no idea about my order and that I should call the next day to talk to the store manager Stacey because they only have the floor model or I should drive to Oakland to pick up one there. No apology, no anything. I called the next day the store manager, Stacey couldn't be more rude. Exact words: 'take the floor model or I will give you a refund.' I was just blown away! No apology for their mess. I said I would have appreciated if you at least call me instead of me waiting 3 weeks and having to check back periodically. She rudely said, well, we have other customers to call as well. BTW, the bench is still available online!!!!
