Starbucks — Restaurant in San Mateo

Hi, I don’t know where to route my message but I have a complaint about a drink that I just picked up at the Starbucks in San Mateo near target shopping center. I got a pumpkin chai with the pumpkin cold foam on top or at least that’s what I was supposed to get. I believe they made me either a regular chai with pumpkin cold foam on top and I went to get the right one and got a pumpkin cold brew with extra extra sweetener and cold foam on top. When I asked the girl if she knew the pumpkin chai was that was right up on the menu she said she was confused. I get this drink every day in the morning at a different Starbucks, I know what it should taste like, and these drinks are not cheap. there’s no excuse for this and I didn’t want to complain and risk them spitting in it so I left it on the counter and told them they did it wrong again. Ordered a drink from here and it was good but my biggest complaint is the rude barista. Cold drinks usually come in clear plastic cups, I saw my drink and it was in a hot cup so naturally I asked about it. She looked so pissed I asked 🤣. She looked at me as if I was stupid and bluntly said “ITS ICED.” And I responded with oh you guys just ran out of the other cups? And she just ignored me and walked away. What do you expect though if you give me a hot cup for my iced drink. Crazy. Her name was Julianne as mentioned in the other negative reviews!

Honestly I usually don't care for coffee or Starbucks, but I walked in to this location and ordered a Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino and asked if it'd be weird if I got it without the mocha. The girl answered with all of the ingredients inside of it which I really appreciated and decided to leave the mocha in. Upon paying she asked for my name and actually cared about how it was spelled! I dont know why but Im so used to my name being butchered at Starbucks that something like asking me how to properly spell it really made my day.
