I took my vehicle, a Ford Expedition, to purchase a set of four new tires and was pressured into having the "remove and replace inner and outer tie rods" done after having my tires changed out for the new ones. This decision I would later come to regret! Tire And Wheel World would not guarantee the alignment/balance on my Ford because they insisted that my vehicle needed to have this work done to ensure its stability and secure it would drive smoothly. All I wanted was to have my tires replaced, I had no problem with my car's alignment/balance prior to bringing in my vehicle, but upon their aggressive insistence I obliged. I really needed to have my tires replaced, I did not have time to shop around and at this point the new tires that I had already purchased were on my car—I was hooked. I was taken aback and felt I had been deceived because while discussing the purchase of the four new tires prior Tire And Wheel World never made an indication that further work would need to proceed. It was only after having my Ford in their shop did more "issues" arise? Once the alignment/balance was completed on my vehicle I immediately noticed it began to shake, it did not drive smoothly, the alignment was off and every time I turned right there was a weird noise when I was driving. I was really upset and was not happy with my experience because the price for the "remove and replace inner and outer tie rods" were really expensive. I never wanted to have any added work done on my vehicle, all I came in for was the purchase of new tires! I brought these problems to Tire And Wheel World, seeing that their workers could not identify the problem, the owner gave me his word that his shop would reimburse me for the fee of fixing the problem if I would take it to another shop. When I took my Ford Expedition to Michael Stead's Hilltop Ford they were able to identify the problems immediately. Hilltop Ford told me that the noise I was hearing, whenever I turned right, was due to a slug nut being left in. Hilltop Ford added that the "inner and outer tie rods" were the cheapest parts available seeing that they were not the right ones for the vehicle. I was shocked to hear that the work performed by Tire And Wheel World was inadequate, they had charged me a lot of money, I expected to have great customer service and I did as recommended by the sales rep Gonzalo. When I went back to Tire And Wheel World to see if the owner would honor his word and comp me for the service they had performed I was turned away and reminded that no agreement...

I went to this place bought 2 tires from them had them put on and asked them to rotate my tires for my Mercedes’. After I picked up my car and drove it on the freeway it started shaking badly as I picked up speed. I called them and a young man said to bring it back. I returned to have them fix the problem and asked for the manager who was a woman. She said did I ask them to Rotate my tires, I said yes. They started making excuses that my car was shaking for other reasons, I had just had my car fully checked in Berkeley who told me I just needed a couple of tires so I went to tire and wheels because it was close to where I live. I know they did something wrong to my car but would not fix it, the manager started speaking in Spanish next thing I know is a young man gave me back my keys looking down as though he knew something was wrong with that. They did not fix my car, I have to go to another shop to have my car repaired. RESPONSE You refused to repair my vehicle after I requested you to pay for my gas after driving 25 miles and had to turn around. You never mentioned my rim was bent when I took my vehicle to you, only after I returned back to your shop. I had my tires checked at a shop in Berkeley who told me I needed tires, I decided to tire and wheels to replace my tires because It is nearer to where I stay. I never threatened anyone, I just asked in love for you to fix my car and you said it wasn’t your fault my car was shaking when it never was...

Very disappointed i brought my own brand new tires there to have them put on my 13×7 Spokes and both of my rims seals where Jammed with the tire iron tool that they use to take the tires off both tires went flat the first tire went flat after i went two miles down the Street and I called them and told them what had happened and they said bring the car back luckily there was a place close enough to get air back in the tire and I drove back they put the tire in to the tank with water and all I could see was bubbles. I put my spare on and left there because I had to pick up my Son from the Barber and I so happened to look at the passenger front right tire and it was about flat. I had to quickly get air in that tire and I went back to pick up my Son from the Barber and went home. I went to my car the next morning and it was flat. I had to go to Vallejo to another tire shop to have both tires removed to find out that both Seals on both Rims were Destroyed. I kept calling them and spoke to the lady manager Jocelyn they lied and said they would call me back after they explained to their Boss! They never called me so I called back and they said that they were not going to be Responsible for the Damage .i had to pay to get my rims repaired. Please don't ever take your car here they are not running a Responsible Business and...
