I usually don't give low ratings to places I've eaten at more than 100 times over the years but the last couple of times I've ordered from this pizza hut they have found one way or another to messup my order.. about a couple of months ago they dont deliver my pizza because I happen to be away from my phone when they called to confirm the order which in part is my fault too but more than one call would of been nice, especially considering we waited about an hour and a half be we started to suspect something was wrong and just now they took more than an hour and a half to deliver my pizza I ordered online and gave me the excuse that there driver was old when I called after an hour of waiting which is the time the website estimated... Yeah it seems like they forgot to deliver it and only brought it to my house after I called to see why it was taking so long because the pizza was cold and if it wasn't for the fact that me and my fiance where starving I would of returned it and asked for refound... Read moreI placed an online, pickup, no touch order. It was definitely ready in the time they said it would be done in. When I arrived, tgey were very busy, I had to wait 8 minutes before she was able to bring it out. Nevertheless, it was hot & ready. The Associate was very courteous, friendly, considerate & apologized for the wait. She also confirmed that the right person was getting the order by asking me who ut was for instead of giving the name first. Great job! The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is because the location unfortunately has Vagrants hanging around the building. This needs attention. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the food, the ordering options, the service & that the price for the pizzas with the promotions makes it still reasonable...

I ordered a large specialty pizza and forgot to upgrade it to stuffed crust. I tried to call right away to ask if it could be upgraded; the person on the line said he would check with his manager and put me on hold for 30 minutes. He did not ask for the name on the order. It was obviously too late to upgrade or correct the order with how long I was waiting on hold. Who puts a customer on hold that long? They did not even realize I was on hold when I got to the store.
Another employee offered to correct and redo the order and asked if I was willing to wait 15 minutes,...
