The young kid who works at the store greeted me when I walked in by asking "What do you want?" in a tone that came off very unwelcoming. After telling him that I was interested in trying on some cleats, I pointed to a pair I found interesting, and said, "You can only try those on if you pay 10$" As I'm trying on cleats, he rants about his hatred for nike, and his hatred for people who waste his time by trying on shoes without buying anything, calling those people a "do*che". A Cornerstone member of this community. A historic family owned & operated business that always serves as a partner & advocate for local youth sports & more. An always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, & professional staff. I never post, however I read a suspect bad review for them. I’m doubtful about that account. If it happened, maybe it happened at All Season, before they merged? Sounds like customer service at a big box store. Definitely not SOP @ T&B, I can assure you. And that reviewer plugs for another store... so consider the source before accepting that...

My kid just joined the local swim team and I missed the deadline to order suits (I had plenty of time and warning, I just screwed up). I went into the store when it opened the next day at 9am ready to beg on my hands and knees and Winona came out, and calmed my fears and let me order a suit.
