The police dept apparently doesn't have the ability to leave a review. This is a review from my interactions with them today:

Really bad experience, when I went there this afternoon (~3pm , 12/27) There has Terrible receptionist. I was asking constructive inspection question. The guy is Very rude and disruptive. He even didn’t look at me, just replied: office closed, come back at Jan/3.

He is a lyer, making money from ordinary citizens, and ha sno shame doing so. San Ramon police department has to make some changes and "serve and protect" not rob and steal.
