I came to D. Muscio because a close friend raved about how great they are. I first came in to talk about designing a necklace for my grandmother's engagement diamond that I had inherited. The design was just what I wanted and their process from initial discussion to final product was fantastic. I'm a process person in the technology field so I completely appreciated the method of how they designed the piece.

I came back because of the excellent service and quality and had my engagement ring updated / modernized. I loved my stones and setting but wanted to go from yellow gold to platinum and they not only did that for me but also recommended a few updates to the setting which I did and love.

Then, my husband and I decided to update our wedding rings from yellow gold to white gold and they had a great idea to encase them in the white gold so we still had our original yellow gold wedding rings. For my ring they took the same design as with my necklace and applied it to the band - very cool.

And we've bought a few pieces through D. Muscio as well: diamond earrings and an Omega watch.

I passed by Dawn's booth at Brookhaven Art Fair and immediately went home to find my ring I hated and for her to design a necklace from the diamond in it. I asked for a simple piece that I could wear daily. Dawn sat for an hour with me and designed each element and made sure of every detail. Then I asked to her to add a stone to the ring and design it for my daughter. When we both went to pick up our pieces we were stunned. Each piece was PERFECT! My necklace is absolutely gorgeous and I wear it everyday. It is stunning and can go with my exercise clothes to fancy dresses. My daughter absolutely loves her ring too. The "hated" ring doesn't look anything like before and is gorgeous with the stone Dawn specifically choose. If you are looking for a very unique piece of jewelry designed just for you I highly recommend Dawn. In fact I brought to her very small loose diamonds and she is now designing mismatched earrings that I can hardly wait to see and wear. Let me start by saying Dawn does amazing work! She has done designs for my mother in law and brother in law to be. I recently got engaged as was anxious about the process of designing an engagement ring from scratch. Selecting a stone, designing the band etc.…. Dawn made the process a breeze, after providing her with feedback on what I was looking for, she made some awesome sketches and we were able to make adjustments to get it just right. The process is very detailed, after we settle on the design, Dawn creates a mold casting on what the ring would look like, I can’t stress enough how important this part is, having a mold to touch really helps give you the best idea of what the ring will look like once its complete. The stone process was also a great experience, I gave her an idea of what I was looking for and she gave several options to choose making the selection process easy. The quality of the stones was A+.
