So I originally left a four star review, But who I am assuming is the nail salon owner approached me while I was still at the establishment and asked me if I was the one that left a four star review instead of a five star review.
The reason why I even left a four star review is because this is my third time attending this establishment. The first two times I had very poor Customer service and nail service. The only reason I came back a third time is because they were advertising 30% off of all services for their anniversary. I Gave them four stars only because of the great customer service of the nail technicians I had today.
If the owner would have came to me and asked me what caused the four stars I would have told her about my previous experiences at her establishment. But she felt it was OK to come up to me not once but twice asking me to change my star ratings from 4 to 5.
If I have not received excellent customer service and nail service at a nail salon before I will never give a place 5 stars if my experience does not match a 5 star experience, because that is false advertisement in my opinion. The fact that the owner thought it was OK to Bring up my review on her phone and put in my face asking if that was my review is very unacceptable and left a bad taste in my mouth and another bad experience at this establishment.
I feel bad for the technicians there because they are trying to work and earn a living, but if you are going to own an establishment, there should be some better Decorum on how you interact with your customers.
With that being said, I would NEVER go back to this establishment because the owners behavior was completely unacceptable. She should have never came up to me in that manner demanding that I should give a five star review when my experiences does not match that. If you want to try this establishment out for yourself, feel free at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was my go to place for SNS and a pedicure. I always went every 2 weeks. The original manager Kathy used to do my nails and Donna would do my pedicures. They were always very friendly. I had noticed the last time when I went t in there were several individuals who came into the salon. When I called in for my next nail appointment I was told that Kathy was on vacation for a month. Once arriving none of the other technicians were there it was a whole new crew, the same individuals that came in the last time Kathy performed my services. I was tempted to leave, but was coaxed into staying by a woman named Tracy. This first time my nails were done very nice; however, the next time my nails were peeling the next day. On Monday I walked in to show her my nails and she said it was from the oils in my hair and that when I touched my hair I guess the clear coat came off. In all my years of receiving SNS I had never experienced this, so I have not been back because Tracy made it seem like she really had an attitude about redoing my nails. I also did not like the idea that they were telling customers that the prior technicians and manager went on vacation. That is some shadiness going on right there and I cannot deal with deception. This business establishment is no longer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came here three times. The first time was my best experience but I found they arenāt consistent. The second time I got a mani/pedi, wasnāt satisfied with the shape of my nails or the service but I figured it was a fluke. I just visited on Sunday and this was the first time I got a manicure alone. I felt rushed, I was treated like I was a nuisance so I didnāt feel comfortable in saying I didnāt like the shape of my nails because she was already rushing(I shouldāve said something I take responsibility for this) but just three days later, itās very clear that the job was rushed, my gel nail polish is already chipping and I use gloves to do dishes and clean. She also acted annoyed with me asking for my nails a specific way. Attaching the pics. Not worth $65 plus a $14 tip at all and now I have to find another salon that can fix this in just under 4 days of getting my nails done.
Notes for the salon: Take your time Give your paying customers what they ask for Even if you prioritize people who get a mani/pedi, donāt be so obvious about it Understand that your customers are not unintelligent and can tell when...
