I am so happy I found this place. I don't usually go into jewelry stores unless I have something very specific I'm looking for. When I first called this place to inquire about some jewelry, Kam picked up and I knew immediately from our phone conversation he was very knowledgeable and experienced in this particular field. He spoke with confidence and was very honest that it convinced me he was a trustworthy person. I believe, I am not easy. I'm very indecisive and can take a long time to make a decisions on my purchases but nonetheless, Kam is extremely patient with me. Never pushy with me. I drive him crazy with my indecisiveness and my repetitive questions although he will tell me otherwise. His disposition allows me to be completely myself and not having to worry being judged for being too picky or too undecided, too uncertain and too doubtful. He really does feel out his customers and his service is genuine. I have changed my mind on him a millions times and we go back and forth on the same things for days , yet he has never made me feel I was a nuisance. He has stayed and waited for me after his store has closed and really does go the extra mile to accommodate and make his clients happy. I tell all my families and friends, his store is on a smaller scale, not big like the commercial chains you see in the malls,etc. but it's the personalized experience that makes the difference that sets him apart. He can customize anything you want or can get anywhere else, get anything your heart desires , beat the prices, and really does care about you. Why bother going to those chains to get mediocre service and you're just a sales ticket and their jewelry isn't that special anyway?

Kam and his staff definitely makes it for an amazing experience and I most undeniably adore the hell out of them! Farsi has me forever!

Btw I did purchase a tennis bracelet , stud earrings, necklace and he had set a ring for me....with more projects lining up! Can't wait for my next...

From the very first day my now husband and I went to Farsi we were impressed. What brought us in was the fact that they offer Moissanite gemstones, which is what I wanted instead of a diamond for my engagement ring. (PSA: they're 100% guaranteed to be conflict-free and more budget friendly! Win-win!!!!) Cam's extensive knowledge and expertise, combined with his winning charisma won us over immediately. (He's also very honest. He tells you both pros and cons) We ended up custom designing my engagement ring plus my two wedding bands and my husband's wedding ring with him! It sounds intimidating to "custom-design", but it was easy and fun at Farsi!! For as long as I can remember, I thought I wanted a wedding band that matched my engagement ring band. I went with Cam's recommendation- and I ended up with not only a matching pave band as well as a bezel and I honestly like the bezel setting band even more! My husband initially wanted a black tungsten band, but after an extensive education and alternative recommendation, he got a white gold wedding band with channel-set set black diamonds!

Cam is extremely thorough and really works with you to create something that you'll cherish. After the initial design process- which we saw on a computer screen in a graphic rendering, we came in to check out a 3D printed mockup of my engagement ring along with all the stones before the jeweler created the rings. Customer service is a priority and even after the Jeweler finishes, if you're not happy with the final result Cam will work with you to make it right. We were thrilled with the final result however! I even go back ever couple of months for a quick, complementary steam clean, which always leaves my rings looking brand new!!
