May 15,2023 - Now that spring/summer is here, it starts all over again, save your money please and DONT MOVE HERE!! Once again AC isn’t working never does during this time, we placed maintenance request over to three weeks ago and nobody has came to see it, I understand there is a lot of work around these complex but if the maintenance guys would work officially there would never be a problem, every time we call the office same excuse, and it’s not just us with ac problems, a lot of neighbors have been complaining every single year about it, not to mention we have a lot of Slugs/ lizards issues in our kitchen because the ground is rotten, we are paying every month for pest control yet it’s been months and nobody has done anything about it, I guess they’re waiting until my baby gets bitten or eats one of those for them to be able to do something, but until then we keep paying for this so-called pest control but in the past two years we’ve been here and nobody has done anything. Word around the complex is your best bet for them to listen to you is to call DHR!!! (Keep all your maintenance request with dates and or any pictures you have of your unit because they...

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! All of the buildings are horribly infested with feces and gunk from UNDERNEATH! Management and maintenance continue to act clueless of what’s going on here, allowing this environmental hazard to continue as well. The undeniably treacherous smell seeps through the vents and they will do nothing about it to resolve the issue (besides a temporary pouring of bleach and vinegar that eventually stops helping within days). These apartments are great. They're in a perfect location here in Sandy Springs, there are so many businesses and conveniences nearby, a marta station not to far away, there's a Target near by and all of my favorite restaurants like Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle are really close.
