This is a very professional, immaculate salon with friendly staff and great service. I am very thrilled every time I visit the salon, feeling like a million bucks because the service is very detailed and the staff is very attentive. Prior to visiting, I was looking for anything decent that specializes in blondes and I have found it! My color is fantastic. My new stylist is AMAZING! I was recommended products to me that I never would have been able to find with research. I knew I wanted to give this place a try even prior to coming because the staff on the phone was super friendly and helpful scheduling my appointments and trying to figure out the day/time that works best for me even after me cancelling/rescheduling. It's hard to trust a hair salon, but they've gained my trust!

I really like how my stylist walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. She listens to me as I described how I want my hair cut and offers helpful suggestions. I explained what I wanted and why. She asked about my general hair care routine and the products that I used and informed of how I could get better use of the products. I was given advice on upkeep with growing out my hair. Then she worked her magic and gets the perfect shade of blonde. I feel she is talented and someone I could trust going forward. The result was greater than expected because I absolutely loved it. And you know it's great job because I have received so many compliments.

So, I moved to Atlanta after having had a wonderful friend do my hair for years. It took me a year to find that guy. Finding a good hairdresser is HARD as we all know so obviously I was stressing hard about finding a new place in my new city and thankfully, amazingly, on the first try with the help of some hardcore Googling and review reading, I found Bespoke and was really happy with my visit. At first I thought it was really weird to have two separate people for a cut and color, but it turns out they're both right there the whole time so it's not like you'll have to explain what you want repeatedly. Lindsey did my color and Irene did my cut and I felt comfortable telling them both my general idea and letting them work their magic. They both let my yap my head off about my life (because what is a good hairdresser for....well, except good hair) and told me about fun places to check out in Atlanta. I have checked out zero of them so far, but I follow them on Facebook which is almost the same thing as actually going. ANDREA MITCHELL is amazing! She completely saved my hair! I went in for her to cut hair extensions I had that were previously cut by another stylist in a very uneven and choppy way and to blow out my hair and extensions. She took the time to understand what I was wanting; something previous stylists I called refused to do. She took her time and evened my hair out and added long layers - just as requested. My hair flows and is no longer bulky and uneven and I received so many compliments! The entire experience with her was awesome - she was pleasant when booking the appointment and listened, she answered follow-up questions, she was on time and very pleasant.
