Read moreMy report time was 8:15am for an 8:45am licensing exam. I arrived at 8:04am and saw a note on the door that said check-in would start at 8:25am. The woman was not too welcoming. My assigned testing computer had someoneâs bitten off nails at the station right next to the computer monitor. I got freaked out, disgusted and instantly sick to my stomach. Itâs 8:45am and Iâm the first one at this computer, meaning your cleaning crew or employees did NOT clean up last night, & stuff is not sanitized at all! I would have taken a picture of it but phones are not allowed in the exam room. I was completely grossed out. Then when I clicked âSTART EXAMâ my computer screen went black, and stayed black for several minutes. When I signaled for the woman in the lobby, she told me give the comp a few more minutes. I told her that itâs already been like 5 minutes. She said give it a few more minutes. It never came up. So now my nerves were really rattled. I had to leave the exam room while she assigned me to another computer testing station.
This time she placed me at the first computer directly next to the glass window, and by the entrance door. I could see everyone in the lobby (& vice versa). At least 20 ppl in the lobby, making noises talking loud. Now Iâm upset because this is bad for my ADHD, itâs a huge distraction đđ¤Ź. They definitely should switch that window glass out to a sound-reduction or soundproof one. (They do provide those foam squishy disposable earplugs, but they did absolutely nothing for me.) Then it was super cold air blowing directly on me. The screen font was too small, so I had to pull the monitor up so far to be close to my face, but the mouse wouldnât come up that far.
There were 2 women working the desk in the lobby when I checked out, and the other one was more pleasant...
