For being a small adult shop I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service being offered. From the warm welcome in to being welcomed back. Brandon was working entirely by himself and found ways to engage with everyone who came in. Brandon offered help with questions and provided knowledge of products in an comfortable, yet entertaining way. I came in to just browse around, but Brandon was able to connect with me and find a few products that I would want to use. His level of professionalism far exceeded my expectations based on any adult store I've visited before. I thought he must have been the manager based on his attitude and how he was able to communicate with all the patrons visiting the shop. He politely informed me he's just another person on the team. I feel he deserves more and maybe should move to run a shop of his own. What stood out most with my visit yesterday evening was the level of service provided. If visiting The Love Shack I suggest ask for Brandon and let him know what brought you in. I called this location more 6 times starting at 11:18pm. I wanted to be sure that they had the item i was looking for before i took the long drive there(in the rain). No one answered. So i decided to just head there. Online it states that they close by midnight on Thursdays (today is 1/3). Although i was cutting it close i managed to get there at 11:44. Plenty of time to grab exactly what i needed and get out of there. I grabbed the door to enter and it was locked. I look in and there is a over weight employee wearing glasses on her cell phone shrugging her shoulders at me and refuses to let me in. This was my first time coming to this establishment and it will be my LAST!!! Very unprofessional. If i was the business owner i would certainly fire this employee. I strongly suggest you all spend your money elsewhere. Even if business was slow tonight and she wanted to wrap up early she could have at least let me in to grab...

My boyfriend and I came in on a Wednesday/Thursday immediately we were met by some new girl who said something strange as soon as we walked in. We laughed because we thought she was kidding- as we checked out she snapped at us saying “ it’s not funny because some people are going through real shit”. She made us so uncomfortable. Every other time we have been here the other two dudes have been fantastic and we only returned because of them. I would give 1 star because of this girl but I gave a 5 stars because Brandon helped me today and he is always helpful and fun!!! I’ll be returning...
