D. Geller & Son — Local services in Sandy Springs

Last June/July 2022 we stopped in the store for a cleaning of our sets. While there we met Marcie who couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. I shared with her that I had a costume jewelry ring that I had bought from a thrift store, and that I loved the ring so much, I wanted to have it made. After looking at different sets and trying to customize something, she shared that she could have the costume ring 3D imprinted and made exactly as the costume one. She also shared pictures of one she had done a few months back and I couldn't tell the difference. My mind was blown. I left the costume ring with her and a week later I had a mocked up image of what it would look like. I was so impressed. A few weeks later I had my ring and I LOVE it. I always get compliments, and it cost just as much as if I had customized it - trying to put together different styles. But this was better, because it was EXACT. During the process, Marcie kept me updated with emails, voice mails and texts. The day it was due, it was late but Marcie worked hard to ensure that I had it the day after, just in time for my anniversary. I wear that ring all the time and I get so many compliments on it. When I share with people that it was 3D custom, they are shocked. I would ABSOLOUTELY recommend Marcie to anyone who is looking to purchase jewelry or for someone who is going to be just as invested as they are, because I think she took it even more seriously than I did. :). While wedding band shopping, my fiancé and I admittedly began to get fatigued after visiting our first few jewelry stores; D. Geller & Son however was different. My intention was to initially to go in and browse their showroom after adding a few rings that we were considering into my wishlist online. I was instead greeted with a friendly call from Kelley who made the entire experience much more enjoyable. Following our phone call he insisted in setting up an appointment for him to show us the rings we had in mind, as well as quite a few viable options. During our trips to D. Geller & Sons (the Sandy Springs location) the staff that we interacted with treated us like family. Between our indecisiveness and multiple trips to the store, not once did I feel like we were wasting anyone’s time or annoying Kelley. He was very patient with us and did everything he could to get us a competitive price. I would be remiss not to mention the cleaning of my fiancé’s ring and the resizing of my watch, all which was complimentary. We went with the intention of buying one ring and left buying two; That's definitely a testament to their brilliant service! I really think that anyone in the market for a ring should go see Marcie at D. Geller and Son! Fiancé and I had such a fun time shopping for a ring with Marcie. We went in 'just looking' and that did not affect the way Marcie treated us at all. She had no problem pulling out EVERY ring I wanted to see and was just as excited as us for us to be looking around! She was not pushy and did not try to upset us. I also really appreciated her overall honesty and how it seemed like her main concern was that we were satisfied and happy.

I am most pleased with the way she has stayed in contact with us after my fiancé purchased the ring. Not only did she send a lovely congratulations card, but she also texted and followed up with my fiancé before and after the proposal to see how it went! I also later found out from my fiancé that Meredith helped him with proposal spots and restaurant recommendations for his surprise proposal in Hot Springs, NC. It just goes to show you that the staff at D. Geller are really dedicated to quality customer service. We didn't ever buy anything from Meredith but her general attitude and helpfulness, coupled with Marcie's excited ness and personal touch really made this a special moment for us.
