I will never set foot let alone consign with this store again. Lack of communication, staff seems “irritable” at the least racist at best. The consign process was horrible, when I called about my items, I was met with resistance about pick up & even payout for $7.50 🤣🥴yes I was told via phone they couldn’t mail the check, when I arrived today because I was in the area, the staff member acted like I was bothering her asking for the $7.50 made from consignment. Literally NO COMMUNICATION regarding the fact that my other items not sold were “donated.”

I consign with other stores and have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner as the staff in Labels Sandy Springs. I see why my items probably didn’t sell, the attitude makes a difference and it’s so cluttered in the store. She really told me I would have to drive to another location to get $7.50 🤣🤣🥴until I repeated what was said via phone, which was if less than $50 the location can give cash. DO NOT CONSIGN...

Hello, I recently visited the store to sell high ends items. The sales rep that is the older lady with a grey bob was very rude and seems to be racist. I called the store to ask did they buy high end merchandise and they explained the process and said yes. Upon my arrival the lady was very dismissive and said NO they didn’t do buyouts only consignment. Then I explained I called prior to coming, then her story changed and she said we only buy high end items! Let’s be very aware, I’m a stylist for a high profile clientele so all my items were luxury items such as Fendi, Gucci, Chanel etc. This was a terrible experience and I decided not to sell to this establishment. I love this store!!! They have a great variety of high end dresses, shoes, and more. My mom had recommended the store and when I first walked in I wasn’t sure what to think.
